Does Chara cost money for patients?
No. Chara does not charge patients to search or book. You pay the doctor for the visit.
Do I pay online?
No online payment is needed to book. You pay the doctor at the clinic. For video visits, the payment is arranged with the doctor.
How do I know a doctor is real?
Chara's team checks every doctor's licence and documents. A doctor appears in search only after the final approval.
Can I book for my child or parent?
Yes. Add family members to your account and choose who the visit is for.
What if I cannot come?
Open your appointment in the app and cancel it. The time becomes free for someone else.
Is video consultation available now?
It is coming soon. Doctors will choose whether they offer it.
Can I use Chara in an emergency?
No. In an emergency go to the nearest hospital or call your local emergency number.
Is my information private?
We use your information to make your booking. Read the privacy page for the details.
