How a video visit works

When you book, pick a doctor who offers video and choose a free time.

Find a quiet place with a good signal. Keep your questions and any papers near you.

Join the call
At the time, open the appointment in the app and tap Join. The doctor joins from their side.

After the visit
The doctor tells you what to do next. If you need to be examined, you book a visit in person.

A family in a village should not travel for hours for a short talk with a doctor. Video lets you ask, show, and decide together whether you need to travel.

Please remember
A video call cannot replace an examination in every case. The doctor will tell you if you need to come to the clinic. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call your local emergency number.
